Physical development Control Section.

The activities of the Section are:-

·         Review and recommend legislations amendments.

·         Monitor enforcement of Town Planning Laws and regulations

·         Identify and recommend for declaration of planning areas

·         Scrutinize request for change of land use and subdivision prior to approval.

·         Inspect and recommend measures for resolving planning disputes.

·         Monitor and supervise enforcement of legislation

·         Prepare action plans, progress reports and budget

This Section is led by an Assistant Director
